What sizes do we offer?
We currently offer our pieces in Small (S), Medium (M), and Large (L). Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find the perfect fit.
Do you use sustainable or eco-friendly materials?
Yes, sustainability is at the core of what we do. All Katwoto pieces are packaged in recycled paper, and we donate 1% of our profits to tree plantation initiatives across India. Every purchase contributes to a greener planet.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major online payment methods, including credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Unfortunately, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Email us at support@katwoto.com with your order details, and we’ll promptly assist you.
Do you have a size guide?

What is Katwoto’s return and exchange policy?
At Katwoto, we currently do not accept returns. However, if you encounter a size issue, we’re happy to assist with an exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to an additional cost for the pickup and redelivery process. For more details or to initiate an exchange, kindly email us at support@katwoto.com.
Shipping
When will my order arrive?
We process all orders within 24 hours. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Once shipped, delivery times will depend on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID. Use this ID to track your order at any time, no matter where it’s shipped.
