Size Exchange

You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

• Upload clear photos of the product and tags when submitting the exchange request.

• All exchange requests are verified before processing.

Exchange Fee

• A ₹99 exchange handling fee per order will be charged during checkout.

Size Availability

• Exchanges are subject to size availability.

• If the requested size is unavailable, store credit equal to the product value will be issued.

• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Partial Exchanges

• You may exchange selected products from a multi-item order.

• The ₹99 handling fee applies once per order.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Important

All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

• No refunds will be processed to bank accounts, UPI, or cards.

• Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Return Eligibility

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• Upload clear photos of the product and tags to initiate the return.

• All return requests are verified before approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will arrange either:

• Replacement, or

• Store credit, based on your preference.

Swimwear Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, all bikini and swimwear pieces are shipped with a protective hygiene seal.

• Please note that swimsuits and bikini bottoms, cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene concerns.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Final sale items

• Innerwear  (for hygiene reasons)

Swimwear

• Bikini tops and bikini bottoms are not eligible for returns/exchange.

Promotional Orders

Orders placed using the B1G1 offer code are not eligible for partial cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
