1. No Returns Policy

• We do not accept return requests for any products once delivered. Please ensure you review the size guide and product details carefully before making a purchase.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only in cases of size issues and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• To initiate an exchange, email us at support@katwoto.com with your order details and the required size.
• Please ensure the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
• A pickup and exchange processing fee will apply, which will be communicated during the exchange process.

3. Refunds

• We do not offer refunds for returned items, except in the rare case of receiving a defective or incorrect product.
• If approved, refunds for such cases will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Defective or Wrong Item Received

• Provide photographs and details of the issue to help us resolve it promptly.

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

2. Shipment Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Katwoto is responsible for GST and other taxes applied to your order.

5. Damages

• Katwoto is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
