Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
2. Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Katwoto is responsible for GST and other taxes applied to your order.
5. Damages
- Katwoto is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
6. International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
If your order is still in processing, please email us at (riuannlifestyle@gmail.com)Â with your order number as soon as possible.Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
This includes preorder items and limited collections.
